 Meadow Lakes holiday park has four coarse fishing lakes;
 two 2-acre lakes and two 1-acre lakes.
 
 They are generously stocked with a fine head of mixed coarse species and provide free fishing for booked accommodation.
 
 The fishing is superb with ghost carp (up to 26 pounds), common carp (up to 18 pounds), mirror carp (up to 10 pounds), bream (up to 4.8 pounds), roach and rudd (up to 2 pounds), eels (up to 6 pounds – must go back in the lake alive). Tench (at 1 pound) and the best fish are the perch (at 4.5 pounds) in lakes 3 and 4.
 
 - Fishermen must have a valid National Rod Licence, Permit has to be obtained from reception
 
 - Barbless hooks have to be used, no boilies, nuts or cat food
 
 - Night fishing is not allowed
 
 - Parking is not allowed near the lakes unless you have a blue disabled badge
 
 - A car parking area is available on site
 Meadow Lakes Holiday Park offers a heated outdoor swimming pool and a children’s paddling pool
 
 Open daily between May and September with changing rooms and shower facilities.
 
 The main swimming pool is heated and is 12m x 6m (72m2) in size
 
 Depth. 1.5 metres at the deep end, 1 metre at the shallow end (step end)
 
 Baby pool is also heated and is 3 metres x 3.5 metres (10.5m2) Depth 0.4 metres
 
 The Changing rooms consist of 5 showers cubicles (Inc 1 disabled unit) the toilet is located in the disabled shower unit. Access is on a level area from the road/car park.
 
 The pool area has a grassed lounging area and a slab patio. Some sun loungers are provided on a first come first served basis, with no reserve service.
 
 There is no life guard on duty but CCTV is in operation with regular checks from staff members.
