Set amongst delightful mature grounds in a sheltered wooded valley on the favoured south-west edge of Dartmoor, Langstone Manor offers the perfect escape for those seeking to explore and enjoy the wide range of interests and activities the adjacent moorland has to offer.

Level, well-drained pitches are available for camping with toilet, shower and laundry facilities all close to hand. Our lounge bar and terrace with adjoining games room also serves evening meals, the perfect setting to relax and unwind at the end of the day. No loud music, no traffic noise, stunning starry skies, peace and quiet and of course, a friendly atmosphere.

We are well placed for exploring Dartmoor, Devon and Cornwall, with Dartmoor as the back garden and the exciting and vibrant market town of Tavistock (with swimming pool, waterslides and cinema) just down the road. Then there is the beautiful south Devon coast a car ride away, with spectacular coastal walks and cosy fishing harbours nestled in amongst sandy beaches and rock pools.

Our various facilities cater for year-round long or short breaks to suit all tastes and budgets.

When camping on Dartmoor, Langstone Manor holiday park offers something for everyone.

We have 42 pitches, 19 of which are electric hook-ups, and they are divided into separate areas. There is the walled garden, with an open aspect and plenty of sunshine. The old tennis court is ideal for campervans and caravans and is encircled by trees and shrubs. Other pitches are amongst the trees and offer intimate settings.

Groups are welcome (depending on size and time of year). There are areas ideal for groups, and as we are on the moor it is an ideal base for Ten Tors training or the Duke of Edinburgh scheme.

The facilities on site are kept clean and tidy and include a laundry and chemical disposal site. The showers (which are hot and powerful!) use 20p tokens available at reception.

Our reception supplies basic needs including gas. The Manor house with its lounge bar, dining room and games room is available for your use and Tavistock is only a short drive away with a wide selection of shops.

For our young visitors, we have a playground surrounded by grass and picnic benches.

Dogs are welcome at no extra cost, BUT they must be kept on a lead at ALL times whilst on the park.

The Manor House houses a lounge bar, dining room and games room. Evening meals are served every night at high season and at weekends throughout the year (off-peak mid-week meals can be made available by special arrangement).

The games room houses air hockey, table football, darts and a pool table.

Jail Ale (a local real ale brewed in Princetown) is available at peak times.

Our terrace is the perfect setting to relax and unwind at the end of the day. No loud music, no traffic noise, stunning starry skies, peace and quiet and of course, a friendly atmosphere.
