Camping Redondo Lda
The local landscape is one of vineyards, olive and fig trees, orange groves, eucalyptus and pine forests.
We have 4 wooden chalets and two stone houses for rent, six spaces for campervans or caravans and unlimited space for tents.
We have a children’s play area and a 11x 6 metre pool with sun terraces. there is also a friendly bar cafe area where breakfast can be taken each morning and dinners are available to order.
Tomar is famous for its Convento de Cristo monastery (Knights of the Templar HQ) and many other historic sites in addition to good shopping and restaurant facilities. Within easy reach are other significant towns - Fatioma, Alcobaca, Batalha and Obidos. Lake Zezere offers some fantastic scenery and also good swimming and water sports facilities.
Directions
From the south and east (A23), take the |IC3 towards Tomar, leaving it at k. 97. Turn left to Junceira and Poco Redondo, following the green and white signs and red heart symbole.
From the North (Coimbra) leave the IC3 just before km 97 and head for Junceira. Then follow as above.
From the west (the coast and Fatima) go through Tomar centre, follow signs for IC3 (Coimbra) and pass under the IC3 on to Junceira. Then follow as above.
Camping Redondo is open all year round. Capacity is 60 persons so booking in advance is advisable. Group and special interest bookings are also welcome.
