Near the tiny village of Bellegarde in Gascony just south of the Dordogne is this typical Gascon farm with a small family run 3* campsite having views of the Pyrenees and surrounding countryside and a large swimming pool.

Set in 22 acres of rolling farmland and woods with large pitches some having electricity and water, superb showers, toilets and wash-basins including facilities for the disabled, laundry/drying room, washing up sinks and shop for essential provisions. Terrace cafe/bar serving breakfast, snacks and all day refreshments. 4kms away is the village of Masseube with local shops, supermarket, restaurants and banks.

The area has a mild stable climate with plenty of sunshine and offers something for everyone; vibrant markets with fresh local produce, such as foie gras and Armagnac (reputedly the oldest brandy in the world); several thermal spa towns; the historic towns of Auch and Toulouse; scenic rides to the Pyrenees, Biarritz on the coast and less than 100 kms to Spain.
