Camping Veliko Tarnovo

Camping Veliko Tarnovo is located in the village of Dragizhevo and is very easy to find only 3 Km away from the main A4/E772 Veliko Tarnovo - Varna road. The village has several coffee bars, restaurants and shops to stock up with food and drink and the village community is very warm and welcoming.

The campsite is now taking bookings for Summer 2009. It has exceptionally high quality facilities for all types of campers and offers luxury camping in Bulgaria. We can accommodate tents, caravans, motor homes, bikers, backpackers and 4x4 tourers. The amenities building is built to the standard of any high-class hotel, so be prepared to have a few days of luxury during your stay here.

Over the past two years Camping Veliko Tarnovo has been designed, developed and built to create the campsite that its owners always dreamed of in Bulgaria.

The campsite has 40 grass pitches of 100m2 area with 240v electricity and fresh water per pitch, grey waste disposal, motor home service point.

There is also free wifi Internet, cafe bar, laundry room, campers kitchen. There is also plenty of space for children to play games. We will shortly be starting the construction of a swimming pool and other activities such as boules, badminton, croquet etc.

Veliko Tarnovo regions boasts many sight seeing opportunities including: Tsaravets Castle; 12 Mountain Monasteries; fantastic wildlife, and modern shopping centres along with many restaurants, bars and night clubs.

There are also many activities taking place in the area such as cycling, horse riding, quad biking, swimming, fishing and hiking.
