Franchis nestles between farmland and woodland, two miles from Mullion and centrally positioned on the Lizard peninsula for sandy coves, fishing harbours and cliff walks.

We are renowned for being a peaceful, friendly park and ask for complete quiet by 10pm. We have no entertainment or bar.

The sheltered touring and camping site has four acres of mown grass set in 17 acres of private land with room for 70 pitches. Facilities include 36 hook ups, amenity blocks with hot showers, chemical disposal, ice pack freezing and public telephone.

Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead except when in adjoining exercise field.

A small shop is open morning and evening.

If you have family or friends who prefer to self cater we also have 7 caravans and 5 bungalows for hire.

Visit the beautiful beaches at Poldhu Cove, Kynance Cove and Kennack Sands or walk down to Lizard point, the most southerly point in England. Watch the fishermen land their catch at the unspoilt cove of Cadgwith.

Walk the stunning coastal footpath and discover tiny peaceful coves, where you may find seals resting in the sun. Visit the tranquil wooded creeks on the Helford River by car, foot or boat, where tropical plants thrive in the mild climate.
