Lying within one of three of Dumfries and Galloway’s National Scenic Areas, Sandgreen boasts some of the most spectacular and renowned scenery Scotland has to offer. The Park slopes gently down to its very own private sandy beach allowing everyone to experience fantastic sea views over looking the Fleet Bay to the south and north to the dramatic Galloway Hills from almost any position on the Park.
The rock pools and beach provide the most natural playground for kids of all ages! As well as fishing, the sea is ideal for all water sports from paddling to water skiing; the shallow waters provide perfect facilities for swimming, motor boats, dinghy's, canoes and for windsurfing. Sandgreen provides one of the few locations in the region to launch your boat!
Our brand new luxury 2 or 3 bedroom caravans are available from April - October for week only lets and come fully equipped with all bedding, TV/DVD, ipod docking station, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, outdoor furniture, gas and electricity included in the price.

There is so much to see and do around Sandgreen you will be spoilt for choice.
For the adrenalin junkie there’s lots of outdoor activities at the Galloway Activity Centre, 7stanes mountain biking trails and Laggan Outdoor. There’s plenty for the kids with The Cream O’Galloway, Mabie Farm Park, and The Cocoabean Chocolate Factory. The Market and Food town of Castle Douglas and Artisit and Harbour Town of Kirkcudbright provide lots of great eateries, galleries and local shopping. We have so much in Dumfries and Galloway it would be crazy to name them all but there truly is something for everyone!
