Swanage Coastal Park

Swanage Coastal Park is situated on the Priest's Way, making it the ideal location for a holiday to explore the beautiful Purbeck Hills. Swanage marks the start of the world famous Jurassic Coast, which stretches from 'Old Harry Rocks' at Ballard Down, east of Swanage Bay, all the way down to Exmouth in Devon.

Previously known as Priestway Holiday Park, this 15 acre park has stunning views of Swanage Bay and the Purbeck Hills.

At this three star park there is no club, pool or disco, just peace and quiet, however you can pay at the club next door to use their facilities.

There is a children's play area on the park.

Stroll down to the town of Swanage and the lovely beach. There are music festivals during the summer and also the popular Swanage carnival in July.

The coastal path is close by and it's only a short trip on the chain link ferry from Studland to Sandbanks and Bournemouth.

Touring and Tenting

For caravans and motor homes there are serviced pitches on hardstanding or grass available with access to electric hook up (no light, water or drainage) Pitch number allocated when booking.

For tents and small camper vans only there are a number of informal camping standard pitches on grass without hook up, these are available to pre-book and the pitch location is allocated on arrival.

For tents only, we offer Coastal Heights camping on sloping grassland which is available during August there are no services and the pitches are serviced by portaloos. A pitch space will be booked for you but you are not allocated a specific pitch number..

We also have new Eurotent style ready assembled tents for hire.

Self-catering holidays in caravan holiday homes

Caravan holiday homes for hire. All accommodation is fully equipped and some are pet friendly too. All accommodation is equipped with a full sized cooker and fridge, crockery and cutlery, colour television and FREE electricity (and gas where applicable). There are several new models for hire including the 4 bedroom Lulworth caravan. New on the Park in 2009 are the fabulous New Hampshire lodges complete with hot tubs -= these have panoramic views of the Purbecks and the coast.

We supply duvets and pillows but not bed linen so please bring your own (New Hampshires - linen provided).
