Redlands farm campsite

Redlands farm is a working livestock farm next year will be its second year in operation Weymouth is only 1.5 miles away from the campsite it has some excellent views over the Wey Valley at the top of the farm lane is a bus stop the bus runs every 10minutes.

Onsite is a farm shop selling home produced meat and home made in the shop pies and cakes and within the shop is a cafe that cooks a mean farm breakfast next year.

Weymouth and Portland will host the sailing the site is only 6 miles away from Portland, so why take the car when you can catch a bus. Weymouth has got a good safe beach for the family. Condor runs a ferry from Weymouth, there also a number of deep sea charter boats down by the harbour. There are some lovely walks within the campsite area.

Although we don't have showers onsite, just across the road at Redlands sports centre the campers are aloud to use theirs, they also have a nice bar onsite and a play area around the back for the children.

Next the year the site will go over to eco composing toilets. There are many different things for people to do, there is a cinema in Weymouth, and indoor tenpin bowling in Weymouth.

On or around the new sailing centre on the Portland beach road there is kite surfing wind surfing and diving along with sailing on the opposite side of the road on the Chesil beach there is some great fishing

The campsite also welcomes small groups of caravans we cater for 1 night stays up to 3 weeks stays from those on two legs to two wheels motor or push bike to those with caravans or camper vans.

6 miles away is Warmwell Leisure Centre with an indoor ski slop and a splash pool.
8 miles away is Monkey World a must to see, there is also Bovington Tank Museum again a must for the hole family Longleat safari park a good day out for the whole family Weymouth also has its own indoor swimming which is about 1and quarter miles from the site.
