Gower Villa Touring Park
Gower Villa Touring Park is a family run park and we live on site.
We're proud of our Park and work hard to maintain the standards that people tell us they want and that have earned us our 4 star status.
A simple straight forward park providing an excellent base for visits to West Wales.
Our 4 star status means that you will find good facilities kept to a high standard.
The Park is set in rural countryside but is close to several shops in the village. We have a good shower and toilet block that is fully tiled and kept in very good order. Facilities include a high access unit with ramp, shower and all the usual support bars etc. There is a small laundrette and washing up area and all hot water is free.
We have an excellent information room with a wide range of leaflets and guides.
Our rally field can accommodate about 30 units. When it is free it is used to exercise pets and for children to play in.
We are about 2 hours drive from the Severn Bridge and about 25 miles from Carmarthen. Clynderwen has several shops and there are plenty of other unusual shops in Narberth. Haverfordwest has a range of supermarkets and 'normal' high street shops.
We welcome families and pets and are happy to suggest all sorts of places to go and things to do.
A real jewel in the crown, Pembrokeshire has everything. Great beaches, some of the best walking in Europe, more Castles than you can shake a sword at, wonderful wildlife and gardens, lovely little villages and great scenery. Add to that the lively attractions, pubs and restaurants, and you really have it all.
So what do you like to do on holiday? Our information point is full to overflowing with all the leaflets, guides and papers that you need to plan your holiday.
Do like to spend time on the beach? Pembrokeshire has more Blue Flag Beaches than any other County in the UK, miles of sands, rock pools, surfing beaches, pubs on beaches, quiet coves or busy holiday beaches, we have 'em all.
Do you like to go Walking? Have you heard about the Pembrokeshire Coast Path? Over 180 miles of path from easy beach walking to strenuous cliff walking amongst some of the most wonderful scenery. To make it easy there are coastal buses running back and fore so that you can get a lift back to the car! Or you could walk around the countryside through rural villages on planned walks.
Do you like to be active? How about quad biking, or horse riding, or fishing, or 4x4 driving, or coasteering, or diving, or surfing, or riding in a helicopter, or going on a sea safari.
How about theme parks? We are only 5 miles from Oakwood with all their white knuckle rides, or Folly Farm for the kids, or Herons Brook, or Grovewood, or .........
What about Arts and Crafts and that sort of thing? We have lots of craft workshops, artists & galleries, potteries and all sorts of other outlets. See the leaflets when you get here!
And the great thing is they are all within easy driving of our centrally located park.
Find us in the heart of Pembrokeshire.
From the A40 trunk route, Carmarthen to Haverfordwest road, turn North at the Penblewin roundabout onto the A478 road toward Cardigan. After 2 miles in Clynderwen pass the Spar shop and petrol pumps on the left. In 100 yards turn right into Gower Villa Lane and we are 400 yards down the lane.
