Cliff House Park is located right on the coast and has direct access to a beautiful, natural, unspoilt beach.

The Holiday Park has beach frontage with great sea views. Cliff House has pitches for tents, touring caravans, static holiday homes and log cabins. The holiday park offers the perfect blend of peace and tranquillity for an ultimately relaxing holiday.

Onsite you will find all the usual facilities including electric hook ups, a comprehensive shower/toilet block, chemical toilet disposal point and numerous fresh water points. The static caravan park and holiday home area offers you and your family the opportunity to buy and own a holiday home or caravan on the coast at relatively little expense.

The onsite Club House and Bar offers many traditional meal favourites and locally caught fresh fish (when available) along with good beer and wine including famous beer from the local Southwold brewer Adnams!

A great location means Cliff House Park is the ideal base for visiting the popular seaside towns of Aldeburgh, Southwold, Dunwich and Thorpeness. Indeed you can take a beach walk from the park to Dunwich then Southwold if you head north and Thorpeness and then Aldeburgh if you go south. There are also great cycle routes to many of the local areas of interest.

Prices from £13.00 per night (includes pitch, 2 adults and electric) off peak to £23.00 per night (includes pitch, 2 adults and electric) peak season.

We have 2 rental caravans available on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday).

THE SHERATON - Quality rating Gold
Luxury caravan new this year, sleeps 6 people. This caravan is located on the sea front with stunning panoramic views of the beach and sea. The caravan is fully equipped all you need to bring are towels. (dogs are not allowed in this rental!)

THE HERALD - Quality rating Silver 'Pet Friendly'
A nice family caravan sleeps 4 and is 'Pet Friendly' (max 2 dogs!). This caravan is not new but offers all you would expect in a family holiday caravan. It is ideal for those wanting to bring along the dog(s) and experience the wonderful Suffolk Coast and the great coastal and nearby walks.
