Peppermint Park

Just turn off Warren Road and discover our green oasis. You are at once surrounded with gentle grassy slopes, mature trees, hedges and flowers. Wherever you are on the Park, you'll find you're not far away from the amenities and the facilities you would expect from a Four Star Holiday Park.

The Park's outdoor heated swimming pool (open late May to September) and The Peppermint Club are both available to all our guests free of charge. Coarse fishing is available at Peppermint Water throughout the year as well as at the many local fisheries. Sea fishing and angling are also nearby at both Dawlish and Starcross.

Just 680m from the Park, there are two miles of safe, sandy beach backed by Dawlish Warren's National Nature Reserve and the 18 hole Warren Golf Club.

Peppermint Park welcomes touring caravans, motor homes, trailer tents and campers. Most of our touring pitches are individually marked and are served by recently upgraded 16amp/240v electric hook up points. All touring pitches are on level grass terraces around the Park.

Tents can be accommodated on electric and non-electric hook-up pitches and in peak season additional camping pitches are available in the casual area for tents.

Awnings and gazebos are permitted but limited to one per pitch (maximum width 2.5m).

Well behaved dogs and pets are welcomed at Peppermint Park

We are the only Touring and Camping Park at Dawlish Warren to be awarded Four Stars by the English Tourist Board.

Activities

There's always plenty going on, day and night, to keep you entertained at Peppermint Park. Try a lazy day at our secluded heated swimming pool. Zip down the water chute. Enjoy a few quiet hours fishing at Peppermint Water. Or just sit back, relax and watch the world go by.

Peppermint Water is our small coarse fishing water that is well stocked with carp, trench and bream. It is surrounded by wild flowers, mature trees and grassy banks that descend down to secure fishing platforms. An ideal angler's retreat, daily and weekly tickets are available to our guests and you can buy tackle and bait from the shop.

Evenings at The Peppermint Club

Every evening, during most of the holiday season, our resident Entertainment Team provide FREE entertainment in the Peppermint Club for both families and adults. The bar serves a wide range of drinks, including teas and coffees, and bar meals are available most evenings.
