Riverside is located about half a mile from the village of Littleport, which can be reached by a stroll along the riverbank - past the pub on the water's edge, which has several moorings and a beer garden.

The village itself is well stocked with a butchers, bakers, bank etc. and a decent supermarket.

Ely is only 4 miles away and is a beautiful city with a stunning cathedral, interesting shops, and markets on a Thursday and Saturday and a lovely marina overlooked by a park and restaurants and bars.

During the summer months there are often free concerts at the bandstand in the park on a Sunday afternoon.

There is aslo cruiser boat hire available at the Bridge Boatyard.
We are 45 minutes from the stunning Norfolk beaches of Hunstanton and Holkham - ( voted the second best beach in the country! )

Sandringham is about half an hour away with it's beautiful house and gardens.

For nature lovers there is Wicken Fen Nature Reserve and Welney Wetland Trust both within a very short distance.
