Muasdale is ideally situated for touring the Kintyre Peninsula with ferry terminals nearby for Arran, Gigha, Islay and Jura

The Park is small, with 4 Caravan Holiday Homes and an Apartment for hire. There is also a touring park with 10 pitches for either caravans, motorhomes or tents (& electricity). Situated right beside the Atlantic, it offers white sands and stunny scenery, wildlife in abundance and splended sunsets

There is a licensed shop just a few minutes walk from the park catering for your everyday needs including newspapers. Several hotels nearby provide evening meals, a folder showing sample menus is available in the reception area. There is also a folder listing places to visit & photographs.

Canoes, dinghies and inflatables can be launched from our beach, which is safe for bathing and boating. Windsufers have also launched from our shores, ideal for the inexperienced surfers. West Port further down the road offers larger waves for those with more experience.

Several golf courses in the area, Tarbert, Machrihanish, Dunaverty, Carradale and Gigha.

This ia a bird watchers paradise, Whimbrels, Oystercatchers, Shellducks, Great Northern Divers and many more all come a visit us a different times of the year. Swallows sweep over the park during the day, they are nesting above the Games Room which houses a table tennis table and pool table. Bats sweep around at dusk, they nest in the rocks behind us.

Kintyre Peninsula offers stunning scenery and quiet unspoilts beaches throughout.

There is plenty to see and do in the area. Histroy Galore. Plenty of walks with the new KintyreWay Walking trail and coastal paths .

The Apartment has full central heating and is available all year round, ideal for those colder evening. With the park being quieter it is even easier to spot the wading birds from the apartment windows.

We have recently be awarded a Silver Award for Green Tourism and encourage our visitors to be aware of the environment whilst they are holidaying with us.

* Recycle bins are provided for newspapers, plastic bottles, drinks cans, food cans and glass bottles.

* Dog owners are asked to clean up after their pets and keep the park and the beach clean and hygenic for everyone to use.

* Smokers are asked to dispose of their cigarette ends thoughtfully as these can take over 3 months to decay.

* Smoking is not allowed in any of the Caravan Holiday Homes or Apartment.

* We regret that pets are not allowed in the Apartment.
